CLAIRE B. CHOINIERE

"CC" attended Southampton Sheldon School before coming to Holyoke High. She is one of our high-stepping majorettes, and also belongs to the Soccer Club. She has artistic tastes in that she enjoys painting and drawing; for sports she loves to swim and dance. She has taken the General Course at H.H.S., and after graduation "CC" expects to attend a college where she can learn costume designing.
RUTH B. CHOQUETTE
RUTH B. CHOQUETTE

Ruth came to Holyoke High in her senior year from Chicopee. She had graduated from Kirby Junior High and attended Chicopee High for two years. She is interested in art and plays the piano. She also is a member of the Rooters' Club. While attending our school, she has taken the Nurses' Preparatory Course; however, after commencement she is hoping to go to a school of interior decorating.
JANET W. CLARK
JANET W. CLARK

"Jan" came to Holyoke High as a graduate of Highland Junior High. She has been one of our sparkling cheerleaders for two years, co-captain of the group in her senior year. She belongs to the Dramatic and Forum Clubs, is an active member of the Debating Team and the Yearbook Staff, and sang in the A Capella Choir during her Sophomore and Junior years. She enjoys many outside hobbies too — her favorite being music. She has studied piano for several years, and is particularly talented in composing. "Jan" also likes skating, tobogganing, swimming and tennis. Having taken the Preparatory Course, she plans to go to Jackson College after graduation.
SUZANNE CLARK
SUZANNE CLARK

"Sue" entered high school after graduation from Highland Junior High School. Attractive and popular, she was elected class secretary in her Junior year and a member of the Yearbook staff in her Senior year. "Sue" was a member of the A Capella Choir for two years. In addition, she debated actively during her Senior year. "Sue" likes to swim, ski, play tennis, and ice skate. Music is her hobby and she plays the piano with outstanding skill. The study of the College Course has prepared "Sue" for entrance to Wellesley College.
