Language Arts


One of the most important tools of life is handled in our English classes. From the seventh grade great stress is placed on the appreciation of correct grammatical usage. Through a developmental program skills in reading are developed and there is created an interest in and appreciation of good books.

Poise and courtesy in social situations, the proper presentation of information and the ability to speak, read and write our language fluently and correctly are developed through classes in oral English, debating and news writing.
