Mount Tom Lodge
1879

Nov. 7, 1879
Voted to accept plans submitted by Bro. Wm. Grover for change in Hall and rooms rented by Lodge.

The first listing of an Organist as an officer of the Lodge appears in the records of this meeting. He was Bro. Wm. Haney. The Treasurer G. S. Bassett had apparently acted as organist for there are previous records showing varying sums of money voted to him as organist.

Nov. 7, 1879
Voted to take a lease of this Hall for five years from Jan. 1/79 at an annual rental of $400 provided the above mentioned plans are carried out.
