GEORGE SAMPSON
GEORGE SAMPSON

George is a product of the Metcalf School. He has gained recognition for himself at Holyoke High School for his outstanding clarinet and saxophone work in the band and orchestra. Out of school he may be seen playing with local swing bands. George is undecided as to what he'll do on completion of his Technical Industrial Course.
ROGER H.SAUER
ROGER H.SAUER

"Doc" stands head and shoulders above all the boys in his class. With that height one would think he would prefer basketball and this conviction would be carried out by a trip to the Springdale Turn Hall. Roger entered from Morgan and is taking General Course. He plans to seek employment upon graduation.
JULIUS A. SCHEIBEL
JULIUS A. SCHEIBEL

A yearbook writer finds it very hard to pay justice to "Judy's" abilities. Immediately upon his entry from Highland he was a representative to the Student Council from his class. He was class president in his Junior year and once more the Senior Class boasts him as its president. "Judy" is extremely versatile, having served as all Western Massachusetts guard on the football team, as two year letter man on the baseball team and also as a member of the A Cappella Choir. He is an honor -roll student and upon completion of his College Preparatory Course he will seek entrance into Annapolis.
