This lodge was organized Sep. 27, 1849, by R.W.G. Master Samuel Wells, of Northampton.

The lodge surrendered their charter to the Grand Lodge in January 1856, and was reclaimed March 3, 1875, by eleven members of the order, and the lodge reinstated by R.W.A.G.M.S.B. Grogman, and the following officers were installed:
