LOUISE CAROLE KOSZTYLA

"Lu" came to Metcalf from the Elmwood School. Because of her love for animals. Louise has chosen collecting dog statues as her hobby. Her favorite sport is horseback riding. Louise always had a smile for everyone. She also had a serious side as proved by her place on the honor roll. Good luck, Louise!

THEODORE JOHN KURTZ

"Teddy" is well-liked by everyone because of his find sense of humor and ready wit. Athletics is his main interest and he has proven himself in this field by being elected manager of the track, foot-ball, soccer, and basket-ball teams. He is also very talented with his harmonicas and has entertained us many times at assemblies. Teddy's biggest project was decorating our Christmas tree.

ROBERT ARTHUR LANGE

"Bobby" was one of Metcalf's quieter students. He enjoyed horseback riding and spent most of his time with his pet horse, "Queenie". Bobby's favorite subjects were physical ed., shop and business training.

CAROLYN MARTHA LOESCHER

Carolyn is one of the many figures whom you see hustling around the corridors of our school. She was especially busy when it came time for publication of The Metcalf News since she was one of the most active members of the staff. Her hobby is collecting novelty salt-and-pepper shakers, and her favorite sport is baseball. We all know she'll get along well in the world because of her quiet but friendly manner.
